以精选的天然高岭石Al4 [Si4O10](OH)8与Na2CO3, TiO2, NH4H2PO4, Eu2O3高温(800~1000℃)固相反应约20h,可制得Na1+2x+yAlxEuyTix-x-ySixP3-x O12系统的钠快离子导体(Al-Eu-Nasicon)用X射线粉末衍射法对合成物进行相分析和用交流阻抗技术测定其电导率,并根据阿仑尼乌斯方程式求其活化能.结果表明:在y=0.5,x≤0.4;y=1.0,x≤0.2的起始组成范围内存在空间群属于A&6 的固熔体导电相,该相具有较好的离子电导率和较低的离子导电活化能.其中起始组成y-0.5,x=0.6的合成物,即Na2.7Al0.6Eu0.5Ti0.9Si0.6P2.4 O12具有较高的电导率,在400℃时,其电导率达到6.482mS/cm,离子导电活化能为67.999kJ/mol.
