可持续发展作为一种全新的发展观,已经成为我国基本国策之一.对我国这样的发展中国家而言,实现可持续发展的最大保障在于经济的可持续发展.跨国公司作为可持续发展技术和良好环保意识的潜在传播者,对我国的可持续发展有着积极的作用,但同时也可能存在一定的消极作用.
