本文运用博弈分析模型及数学规划模型对我国跨国公司与发达国家跨国公司两竞争对手间组建技术联盟、国内技术关联企业组建技术联盟进行分析,说明技术联盟对改变我国企业技术发展轨道以及提升我国整体技术水平都有着重要的作用.
