从去年开始,住宅商品房价格的上涨、房地产投资的增加,引起了人们的普遍关注.本文在认识住宅商品房各种价格的基础上,分别从开发商和城市居民角度出发,明确其成本价格和有效需求价格,并对其进行实证研究,从而动态地确定适合目前中国家庭居民的住宅商品定价范围.
