Abstract：
谢肇淛的文言小说＜麈馀＞明末初版后未在国内再版过,目前也不知道收藏于何处;但曾传入日本,并受到日本读者的欢迎,不止一次翻刻.据收藏在日本和台湾的原版和日本翻刻本,可以对谢氏创作＜麈馀＞的背景、动机加以考察,并了解其写作的主要思想倾向.
