现代生物技术,涉及农业生物技术和医药生物技术两大领域.我国以作物遗传育种为代表的农业生物技术取得了较大进展,在农业中获得广泛应用.同时,农业生物技术知识产权保护工作也不断加强.如今,生物技术知识产权保护成为各国确保技术领先、占领生物技术制高点的重要手段.
