针对农用地分等成果信息资源共享中存在的问题,提出了采用WebGIS技术,以ArcIMS为平台的解决方案.分析了WebGIS技术的思想和方法,以及农用地分等信息发布系统的体系结构,以福建省长乐市农用地分等信息发布系统为实例进行开发和应用.
