目的探讨不同时段超深低温冷冻保存对兔肌腱力学性能的影响.方法以15%二甲基亚砜(DMSO)为低温保护剂,采用两步冷冻法,对青紫兰兔肌腱用-50℃温度冷冻预处理,-196℃液氮保存18d,180d,360d,测试前用40℃水浴复温,进行肌腱拉伸实验.结果肌腱破坏荷载(N):对照组,18d,180d,360d组分别为66.0±19.49,65.0±7.07,54.0±11.4和39.0±1.2.肌腱延伸率(%):对照组,18d,180d,360d组依次为63.5±17.3,38.6±0.98,30.6±0.47和21.9±9.29.结论肌腱破坏荷载和肌腱延伸率,360d与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.01),表明长时段超深低温冷冻保存兔肌腱的延伸率降低.
