Abstract:
采用Nd:YAG脉冲激光在常温常压下轰击浸于乙醇流动相中的铁/石墨混合靶进行制备碳纳米管的研究.用傅立叶红外光谱、X射线衍射和透射电镜等现代分析技术分别对激光轰击所得产物进行表征.结果表明,以铁为催化剂,激光波长为1064nm,激光功率密度为4.5×10 9W/cm2的条件下可成功制备碳纳米管,并且,透射电镜观察到所得的碳纳米管管径约为20~50m,长度约几百nm,最长可达1μm以上.
