Abstract：
现今社会生产商品的劳动已从体力劳动为主要形式逐渐转变到以智力劳动为主要形式,劳动价值论升华为智力劳动价值论是历史发展的必然.按智力劳动价值论,社会必要劳动以智力劳动为基点,这样才能解决新时代出现的许多经济理论和实践问题.
