Abstract：
地理标志已成为国际社会日益关注的一项知识产权,地理标志保护具有重要的意义.但在我国,地理标志保护与管理的现状堪忧,加强对其保护已迫在眉睫,为此本文提出了规范地理标志立法,建立地理标志注册登记制,强化监管,重视配套措施的完善等对策,以加强对地理标志的保护.
