Abstract：
谢肇涮的小说理论主要存在于《五杂组》和为几部小说所写的序跋里，其中不乏精辟之论。最重要的当数关于小说创作的艺术虚构问题和有关《金瓶梅》一书的资料与评估。至于其小说创作，目前已知的仅有文言短篇集《麈馀》四卷，它在某种程度上是作者理论主张的实践。
