Abstract:
利用碱法制浆黑液进行化学改性研制出型煤粘结剂,并进行工艺的优选实验,结果表明,将黑液加热至70℃,然后加入黑液质量分数为7.5%的甲醛溶液,交联反应1.5h后,升温至98℃,加入黑液质量分数为1.6%的苯酚,缩聚反应1h,并加入适量的硅藻土搅拌0.5 h后,即得到粘结性能较为理想的粘结剂.利用该粘结剂粘结型煤,型煤的落下强度和热稳定性均有提高,可分别达到97.3%和94.2%,而且防水性也大大提高,型煤浸没水中超过5 h不散.
