在整篇文章中,将假定在我国社会中存在着四大利益集团,分别是以各级政府(即中央政府和地方政府)为代表的管理集团(用G表示)、企业所有者为代表的资本集团(用C表示)、体力劳动者为代表的劳动集团(用L表示)和脑力劳动者为代表的知识集团(用K表示).这些利益集团是参加体制改革的行动主体,共同促进改革的发展.
