Abstract:

通过对FBD型、B112型CO高变催化剂进行H2S中毒、恢复的活性比较,发现FBD型CO高变催化剂具有低温活性好、耐硫性能强的特点.采用扫描电镜、BET、红外光声光谱技术进行深入研究,结果表明:FBD型CO高变催化剂添加的耐硫助剂提高了催化剂比表面积、孔容,并且能优先与H2S结合,屏蔽催化剂中Fe3O4的Fe2+活性位与H2S作用,从而提高了催化剂的耐硫性能.
