社会法论者把经济法的本质归为社会利益本位.实际上由于社会利益本身的模糊性和非终极性,决定社会利益本位并非经济法的本质所在.经济法具有特定的经济性,强调对社会各方面利益的协调,其本质在于协调经济性.
