Abstract：
跨国公司收购的迅速兴起要求有关国家承认外国公司收购法规的域外效力.由于各国在一定意义上承认了相关法律的域外效力,从而引发了跨国收购中的法律冲突和法律适用等问题,导致了跨国公司收购中的法律冲突问题.通过探讨公司法在跨国公司收购中适用的一些问题,对我国立法完善提出了一些见解.
