分析了区域信息系统开发背景和用途,提出通过构建电子病历和医学影像数据中心的方式来构建区域医疗信息系统,达到信息资源共享的目的.着重介绍系统的软件架构和各子系统的功能,提出标准化和中间件平台是构建这两个数据中心的有效途径.
