Abstract：
提出了一种称为准全搜索法的块匹配改进算法.该算法在传统全搜索法的基础上引入了差值块DCT系数为0的判断条件,在螺旋搜索的遍历过程中可以最快地搜索到满足条件的匹配块,在大大提高搜索速度地同时也保证了一定的搜索精度.
