在氯化亚砜存在下, 2,5-二甲酸噻吩与甲醇反应得到2,5-二甲酸甲酯噻吩(1), 1与水合肼反应得对应的噻吩酰肼(2), 2再与辛酮缩合得到含席夫碱的噻吩两亲分子表面活性剂,其结构经1H NMR, IR和元素分析确认.
