中俄贸易近年来发展较快,但中俄经贸合作却一直呈现＂小范围＂＂低层次＂＂低水平＂的特征.随着中俄国家年的启动,两国经贸合作迎来新的契机.应从中俄经贸战略合作升级的依据出发,根据中俄经贸合作的现状,制定相应的对策.
