Abstract：
一、高校人力资源的内涵及特点知识经济时代，人力资源应该是社会的“第一资源”。美国钢铁大王卡内基曾经说过：“可以把我所有的东西都拿去。只要留下我的人，我照样可以成为钢铁大王。”“人”的重要性可见一斑。
