预包装破产重组是企业走出财务困境的有效方式,越来越受到欢迎.本文从预包装破产重组的概念入手,通过与正式重组、私下重组方式的比较来论述预包装破产重组的优势及其在我国的可行性,最后提出预包装破产重组在我国的应用前景及建议.
