通过力学性能、耐磨性能测试、金相组织观察、SEM形貌分析以及残余奥氏体测定,研究了碳含量对高铬铸铁性能的影响.试验结果表明,随着含碳量的增加,冲击韧度、残余奥氏体含量、滑动式磨损率下降;硬度随着含碳量的增加先上升,而后出现下降趋势;滚筒式磨损条件下,含1.8% C(质量分数)的高铬铸铁磨损率最小,耐磨性能最好.
