基于甲胺磷对铁氰化钾和鲁米诺在碱性条件下化学发光反应的增强作用,建立了一种甲胺磷的流动注射化学发光(FI-CL)检测方法.甲胺磷浓度在1.0×10-8-1.0×10-5 g/mL范围内与发光强度呈现良好的线性关系,检出限(S/N=3)为3.3×10-9g/mL,测定相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.0%.方法应用于蔬菜中甲胺磷测定,回收率为93.0%-94.4%.文中还研究了化学发光体系的反应机理.
