Abstract：
目前,对智能交通系统的研究越来越深入,应用越来越广泛.对Web Service进行了简要介绍,在分析ITS中心到中心间通信需求及协议的基础上,提出了利用Web Service来实现中心到中心间通信的方案并给出实例代码.
