Abstract:
研究新型光敏剂α(8-喹啉氧基)单取代酞菁锌在N,N-二甲基酰胺(N,N-dimethyl-formamide, DMF)中1O2的近红外发光光谱特性,以玫瑰红作为参考标样,测定其1O2量子产率,结果表明,α-(8-喹啉氧基)单取代酞菁锌在DMF中的最大吸收峰位于675nm,摩尔消光系数为1 86×105 mol-1cm-1;1O2近红外发光的最大发射峰位于1 280 nm,量子产率为0 60±0 02.与现有酞菁金属配合物相比,α-(8-喹啉氧基)单取代酞菁锌是一种具有开发前景的新型光动力学疗法光敏剂.
