Translated Abstract
How to evaluate the performance of the government websites is one of the most fundamental and important aspects of the E -Government construction. According to the characteristics of comprehensive evaluation on government websites, a new model is proposed by using grey relation analy- sis method. In this model, grey relation analysis method was used in identifying the weights of evaluation indexes,and then establishes an evaluation matrix by grey statistical method. The new model , a multilayers and multi-objects evaluation method, can show the result with measurable mode, and reflect the comprehensive level of the government websites more perfectly to build fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.
