Abstract:
研究采用电弧超声来改善等离子喷涂纳米结构ZrO2涂层的结合强度.结果表明.加入电弧超声后,涂层组织更加致密,气孔率和未熔化区减小.当电弧超声频率在30~70kHz时,电弧超声对改善涂层结合强度是有利的.并在50kHz时达到最大值;当超声频率大于70kHz时,由于涂层中纳米颗粒的大量减少,涂层的结合强度呈下降的趋势.
