Abstract：
介绍减少电网因火烧山而引起电网事故造成的损失,研究了模糊模型识别在电网火烧山预警中的运用.阐述了森林火灾天气等级行业标准,及模糊识别理论的原理.考虑了人为用火指数对森林火险等级的影响因素,建立了福建森林火险等级标准库.提出了运用距离贴近度方法对实时情况的火险等级的识别,与电网线路情况结合,对线路进行火险等级告警.
