Abstract:
采用熔炼法制备出Ni-Fe-石墨-硅自润滑材料,研究Ni-Fe-石墨-硅自润滑材料中的石墨形态和直径大小对力学性能的影响.结果表明,球状石墨使材料的力学性能大大提高,基体中石墨直径的增大有助于提高材料的力学性能.当石墨直径达到20 μm时,材料的硬度、抗拉强度、挠度、冲击韧度和抗弯强度都大大提高,分别为相应的未添加球化剂材料的1.27倍,1.72倍、1.69倍、7.25倍和1.87倍.
