研究了回火态W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢刀具在超低温温度场中发生相变.占高速钢体积百分数最大的回火马氏体脱溶出细小、弥散的碳化物颗粒,残留奥氏体也相继发生马氏体转变,最后残留2%左右.试验表明,超低温处理后的高速钢刀具的机械性能进一步增加,特别是耐磨性能显著提高,延长了高速钢刀具的使用寿命.
