方以智＂函雅故,通古今＂和＂尊疑＂、＂求实＂的科学史治学特点,对其科学哲学思想的提出有着重要的帮助,而且他还能以自己提出的科学哲学思想来指导科学研究及科学史工作.这一案例对启发科学史学与科学哲学互动的本土化探索以及促进和加强这两门学科的建设都具有重要的启发意义.
