Abstract：
采用高效液相色谱仪,Hypersil ODS(5μm,250min×4.0mm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇:0.1%磷酸溶液(80:20),检测波长为215nm,测定养心草中齐墩果酸的含量.结果表明齐墩果酸在10.0-100.0μg·mL-1范围内呈现良好线性关系,平均回收率为100.4%.该法简便、快速、灵敏、准确、重现性好,可作为测定养心草中齐墩果酸的方法.
