本文在软土地区地下隧道地震灾害风险分析和风险评价的基础上进行软土地区地下隧道地震灾害保险费率的初步研究,提出适合我国软土地区地下隧道地震灾害保险理赔方式,建议可采用国家强制性地震灾害保险与自愿性商业地震灾害保险相结合的模式.
