Abstract：
介绍数字电视TS码流的基本结构,分析了音视频同步的基本方法,在此基础上提出一种新的音视频同步的方法,并且介绍了如何来实现此方法.在实际的解码过程中,根据解码不同步时的具体情况,提出了跳帧和重复帧的具体方法,来实现音视频的同步.
