Abstract：
本文在对学会秘书长工作分析的基础上,借鉴国内外制定职业标准的基本经验,从我国国情出发,提出了我国学会秘书长的职业标准,明确了学会秘书长的任职条件,以便为今后开展学会秘书长的职业培训、资格认证、岗位聘任和考核,促进学会秘书长工作职业化、加强学会秘书长队伍的依法管理提供决策依据.
