Abstract：
文章采用问卷调查和统计分析法,测查了厦门六中高中部教师的教学效能感与职业倦怠,研究发现,该校高中教师的教学效能感较高,个人教学效能感高于一般教学效能感;总体职业倦怠接近中度水平,情绪衰竭达到中度水平;教学效能感对职业倦怠有显著的预测作用,低教学效能感的教师,其职业倦怠的程度较高.
