房地产是一种稀缺资源,既是生产要素,又是生活必需品,还是投资品.它对我国国内生产总值有重要影响.文章应用计量经济学原理和房地产市场供求理论,建立福建省房地产市场供求的计量经济联立方程模型,并对模型进行动态模拟检验,以确定模型的有效性和预测能力.
