Abstract:
本文考察了引入金属离子配位作用的水相色氨酸表面印迹聚合物的吸附性能,吸附动力学研究表明:引入Ni2+后水相色氨酸表面印迹聚合物对色氨酸的初始吸附速度很快,且60min可达到吸附平衡,加入Ni2+可提高水相色氨酸表面印迹聚合物的选择吸附性.
