Abstract：
我国卫生部于2001年出台了＜人类辅助生殖技术管理办法＞,严禁任何形式的代孕.但由于代孕市场的需求日益扩大,代孕行为屡禁不止,并且产生了一系列严重问题.本文的研究目的就在于对代孕行为合法化问题进行研究,通过对代孕行为进行法律规制,使代孕市场在法律的监督下健康、有序地运行.
