Abstract:
目前绝大多数的正弦脉宽调制(SPWM)波的仿真仍采用模拟方式实现.为了便于数字化控制系统中SPWM波的仿真,在此基于SPWM波的产生机理,在PSIM仿真环境下,结合VISUAL C++开发了纯数字实现的SPWM波通用仿真模型.利用该模型,可以任意仿真不同载波频率,调制波频率,死区时间及调制比下的双极性SPWM波.最后,以全桥逆变电路中常见的死区效应分析为例,利用该模型搭建仿真电路进行了仿真分析.仿真结果表明了该模型的正确性和合理性.
