Abstract:
采用等离子喷涂技术制备纳米结构氧化锫陶瓷涂层,通过扫描电镜观察发现涂层中存在两种相,即熔化相和未熔相,利用定量金相分析法计算两相的含量.在统计分析的基础上,研究了纳米氧化锆涂层断面的Vickers显微硬度.从硬度分布的Weibull图中可以看出,纳米氧化锆涂层的显微硬度存在双态分布,与涂层的两相组织一致.
