Abstract:

研究了不同w(C)量和w(Cr)量的高铬铸铁分别在5%NaOH、自来水和人工海水介质中的抗腐蚀磨损性能.结果表明:高铬铸铁在5%NaOH水介质中的腐蚀磨损相对较小,而且随w(C)、w(Cr)量的变化,其磨损率变化不大;在自来水介质中,高铬铸铁的w(C)量超过2.7%时腐蚀磨损加快,w(Cr)量对磨损率影响不大;在人工海水介质中,高铬铸铁的w(C)量超过2.1%时腐蚀磨损开始加快,当w(C)量超过2.7%时腐蚀磨损显著加快,w(Cr)量大于20%时腐蚀磨损显著减缓.
