Abstract:
随着城市住房"夹心层"数量的愈发庞大,客观上要求我们设计出一种不同于廉租房、经济适用房和限价房的住房保障模式.用以解决民众的住房困难,使住房保障供给结构体系更趋完善.本文对土地供给、房源、融资筹资以及经营管理等问题进行分析,旨在构建适应我国的经济租赁房制度体系.
