Abstract:
分别从接触氧乐果的不同土壤、废水中筛选降解氧乐果的微生物.通过CSTR连续培养等方法进行高效降解菌株的初筛.分离出F1菌株,初步鉴定为曲霉,3d氧乐果降解率达30%.F1菌株氧乐果降解同淀粉利用能力相关.根据淀粉水解能力大小筛选经紫外诱变后的F1菌株,得到3d内降解率达70%的高效降解菌株.
