本文从商贸物流园区的内涵与主要功能出发,探讨了商贸物流园区的特殊规定性,研究了商贸物流园区的形成机理,提出了适合商贸物流园区的投融资模式,为破解我国物流园区发展的货源与投融资困境及解决商品交易市场中的物流问题提供一种新思路.
