Abstract:

通过单因素分析和正交实验研究纳米SiC,PTFE乳液与表面活性剂FC-4对化学复合镀Ni-P-纳米SiC-PTFE的影响.结果表明:对复合镀层磨损量影响最大的是SiC,对摩擦系数影响最大的是PTFE,对镀速影响最大的是表面活性剂FC-4.最佳工艺为:纳米SiC 8 g/L,PTFE乳液2 mL/L,表面活性剂FC-4 0.3 g/L.此时能获得最小磨损量(0.004 695 mm3),较低的摩擦系数(0.49),适中的镀速(6.3 mg·cm-2·h-1).
