新能源的发展使锂盐产品的需求日益增长,对现有锂矿物提锂工艺的高能耗、高成本、高污染提出了挑战.为开发低能耗循环经济提锂新工艺,研究了α锂辉石HF低温腐蚀行为.研究表明:HF腐蚀锂辉石过程中,腐蚀温度、HF用量和腐蚀时同对腐蚀效果有显著的影响.确定了较优的腐蚀工艺为:40%HF,m锂辉石(g)∶VHF(ml)=1∶2.5,腐蚀温度125℃,腐蚀时间1h.
