Abstract:
上市公司企业的资产重组行为,可以基于核心业务的匹配程度和实际绩效来进行评价.应用母合框架理论和数量模型,分析福建省上市公司资产重组行为显示:上市公司的重组绩效,与核心业务匹配程度有明显关系;上市公司外部重组(资产置换模式)中,核心业务的培育力度决定了重组绩效.
